In 2019, our founder Chloe learned that her son was diagnosed with Autism and ADHD. In a world of misconceptions and unconscious bias, it was a complex diagnosis to receive.
Together with husband Declan, Chloe decided that there was no use waiting for someone else to change the world for Byron – most companies were too big, too busy, or claimed it wasn’t any of their business.
So she made it her business, instead.
